What we do

Four disciplines, engineered around sugar, ethanol & power operations.

From a single panel retrofit to a full plant-wide DCS migration, every service is scheduled, tested, and documented against the operating reality of the plant — whether it runs on a crushing season, a distillation campaign, or continuous power generation.

01 · Control

PLC / DCS systems

Design, programming, and migration of PLC and DCS control systems across sugar milling, ethanol fermentation and distillation, and power plant boiler/turbine control — whether that's replacing a single panel or rolling out a plant-wide distributed control system.

  • Control philosophy and logic design signed off before any panel is opened
  • Migration from relay logic or legacy PLCs to modern DCS, loop by loop
  • Redundant architectures for critical process areas
  • Operator training on the new system before handover

02 · Power

Electrical infrastructure

HT/LT panels, motor control centres, cabling, transformers, and switchgear — sized and installed to hold up against continuous duty across sugar mills, ethanol distilleries, and power plants.

  • HT switchgear and MCC design, supply, and installation
  • Cabling and earthing rated for mill-house conditions
  • Capacity planning for expansions and new crushing lines
  • Protection coordination studies and relay setting reviews

03 · Uptime

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled inspections, thermal scans, and component health checks on drives, motors, and control panels, so wear is caught before it costs you a shift — mid-crush, mid-campaign, or mid-generation.

  • Pre-season inspection and thermal scanning of panels and drives
  • Scheduled maintenance calendar aligned to your crushing dates
  • Spares and component health tracking
  • 24/7 breakdown support during the crushing season

04 · Support

Instrumentation & SCADA

Field instrumentation, SCADA visualization, and control-room dashboards that give operators a clear, real-time read on the whole process — from cane feed to sugar bagging, fermentation to ethanol dispatch, or fuel feed to power export.

  • Flow, level, pressure, and temperature instrumentation
  • SCADA screens built around your actual process, not a generic template
  • Historian and trend logging for post-season review
  • Alarm rationalization so operators see what matters

05 · Repair

PLC & DCS Repair

On-site and workshop repair of PLC and DCS hardware — power supplies, I/O modules, processors, and field cards — to restore failed or failing control systems without a full replacement cost.

  • Diagnostics to pinpoint faulty modules and components
  • Component-level repair of PLC and DCS circuit boards
  • Testing and burn-in of repaired units before reinstatement
  • Rapid turnaround to minimise downtime mid-season

06 · Drives

VFD Integration

Design, installation, and commissioning of variable frequency drives for motors across mills, conveyors, fans, and pumps — with properly tuned parameters for smooth, efficient, and protected operation.

  • VFD sizing and selection for your motor loads
  • Panel and wiring integration for new and existing drives
  • Parameter setup, ramp, and protection configuration
  • Commissioning and operator training

07 · Uptime

Panel Maintenance

Scheduled upkeep of control and electrical panels — cleaning, tightening, thermal checks, and component health reviews — to prevent dust, heat, and loose connections from causing failures during the season.

  • Panel cleaning and inspection of terminations
  • Thermal scanning of connections and components
  • Checking and tightening of power and control connections
  • Health reports and replacement recommendations

How an engagement runs

Four stages, scheduled around your crushing season, not ours.

  1. 01

    Site survey

We walk the plant with your engineers and log the condition of every panel, drive, and control loop before quoting anything.

  2. 02

    Engineering

You get drawings and a control philosophy signed off before a single panel is opened — what changes, what stays, what the fallback is.

  3. 03

    Installation

Work is sequenced around your off-season or planned shutdown windows, with commissioning tested loop by loop before handover.

  4. 04

    Maintenance

Ongoing preventive checks and a direct line to us during the season, so a fault gets a call, not a search for a manual.
