About Auronix

Engineers who stay with the plant, not just the project.

We're a control-systems and electrical engineering team built specifically around the demands of process industries — sugar milling, ethanol distillation, and power generation — where long duty cycles and seasonal or campaign-based operation leave no tolerance for downtime.

Auronix Automation Private Limited was formed around one observation: most control-system vendors design for general industry first and adapt to process plants second.

That gap shows up in the field — in panels not rated for the dust and heat of a mill house, in DCS logic written by people who've never stood on a distillery or boiler-house floor, in maintenance contracts that don't understand what a stoppage actually costs a plant mid-campaign.

We built Auronix the other way round. Our engineers plan every installation, upgrade, and maintenance visit against each plant's own operating calendar — off-season or planned-outage windows for major work, rapid response when the plant is running — whether that's a sugar mill's crushing season, an ethanol distillery's production campaign, or a power plant's continuous duty cycle.

From a single control panel retrofit to a full plant-wide DCS migration, we carry the same standard across sugar, ethanol, and power: nothing goes live until it's been tested loop by loop, and nothing gets handed off without documentation your own team can actually maintain.

How we work

The standards we hold every engagement to, regardless of scope.

Season-first scheduling

Every installation and shutdown is planned against your operating calendar — crushing season, distillation campaign, or planned outage — not ours.

Loop-by-loop commissioning

Nothing is switched on and left to chance. Every control loop is tested individually before a system goes live.

Documentation your team can use

Handover means drawings, logic, and setpoints your own engineers can read and act on — not a black box only we understand.

Direct line during the season

A fault during the crush gets a phone call answered by an engineer who knows your plant, not a ticket queue.
